Objective: Royal Unibrew sought to launch a new craft beer inspired by the legacy of brewer Ludvig Theodor Schiøtz and establish a strong brand presence in a competitive market.
Solution & Results: I managed the end-to-end project — from brand storytelling and concept development to execution across multiple channels. We created a distinct brand universe for Schiøtz, followed by packaging design and a cohesive visual identity.
To drive awareness, we implemented a digital marketing plan including a targeted social media strategy and dedicated landing page. For direct consumer engagement, we designed and constructed the Schiøtz bar for live events, including the CPH Beer Festival at Lokomotivværkstedet. An artist was commissioned to sculpt a bust of Ludvig Theodor Schiøtz, serving as a unique brand centerpiece and conversation starter.
