ABOUT ME:.
๐Ÿ™ At work, Iโ€™m a project manager and strategist who thrives on creating structure and processes that make things run smoothly. If they donโ€™t exist, Iโ€™ll build them โ€” because working effectively is my favorite sport. Iโ€™m also a bit of a process shark, keeping projects on track from the big picture down to the last detail. And yes, the octopus? Thatโ€™s just how many things I like to juggle at once.

๐Ÿง  In teams, I take the lead โ€” balancing client, stakeholder, and partner relationships while keeping projects moving. Iโ€™m used to steering daily operations, guiding team members, and shaping business strategies. My structured, strategic (and occasionally a little crazy) brain thrives in creative cultures, where passionate, impulsive colleagues count on me to love deadlines, plans, and budgets more than they do.

๐Ÿ’› As an employee, I believe professionalism is essential, but attitude, values, and kindness are what truly build strong relationships and great results, both inside the team and with the external partners.

๐ŸŒ Outside of work, Iโ€™m endlessly curious and love learning from people with different perspectives. Thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m drawn to sports, culture, travel, and soaking up new knowledge. Iโ€™m just as happy doing yoga, camping, or fishing, as I am playing basketball with the womenโ€™s team we started on Vesterbro last year โ€” a group of strangers who are now friends meeting every Tuesday to shoot some hoops. My fascination with people and culture also shaped my thesis at CBS, where I explored independent Chinese tourism in Copenhagen and how the city can create experiences and services for this segment. I called it โ€˜Copenhagen as a creative destinationโ€™ .

๐ŸŒŸ Beyond my professional work, Iโ€™ve spent over a decade creating experiences in other settings. From 2010 until the pandemic, I volunteered at Roskilde Festival. First in the project team behind Street City, and later helping manage the organisation that runs all the internal bars โ€” raising funds for charity. Iโ€™ve also trained as a travel guide with Tidtilro, leading journeys focused on yoga, mindfulness, and hiking, combining my love for people, culture, and meaningful experiences.
